User Asset Lifecycle
The User Asset Lifecycle module provides complete visibility into all assets allocated to individual users throughout their lifecycle. It enables asset administrators, IT operations teams, and compliance teams to track current and historical asset assignments, monitor critical events, and enhance decision-making during offboarding, transfers, or audits.
This module consolidates every stage of the asset lifecycle — from onboarding to deallocation and end-of-life — capturing key events such as allocation, deallocation, transfers, hardware/software changes, incident logging, new service requests, patch or security updates, warranty expiry, and AMC expiry.
