### Asset Status

* When a move request is approved, the asset status is automatically updated as per the configured lifecycle.
* Once the asset is delivered, the issuing user can acknowledge receipt from the system.
* After a successful move or IMACD installation, the asset’s location field is automatically updated to the new location.
* For gate passes, the Infraon logo is shown by default; if the organization has uploaded a custom logo, that logo is used on the printed gate pass.
