Jobs Account Audit
The Job(s) Account audit is User account-based audit information. From the “Audits” menu, click “Job(s) Account Audit.”
This page captures and displays audit information on actions performed on the target device through Download Jobs, Upload Jobs, Trigger & Network Diagnosis.
Job(s) account audit displays the below information:
Device IP Address
Device Account
Connection Protocol
Password
Enable Password
Connect Time
Connect Status
Task Owner
Job Type
Job Name
User IP Address
Process
Connect for (reason given by the user)
Failure Message
MSP-Based Visibility
MSP support in Job(s) Retry Queue ensures retry job entries are visible only within the user’s MSP scope.
When MSP is enabled, retry jobs are filtered by Customer or Entity mapping. When MSP is disabled, retry jobs follow organization visibility rules.
Customer User
Can view audit records only for assets mapped to their Customer.
Visibility follows organization-level access. No MSP filtering applied.
Entity User
Can view audit records only for assets mapped to their Entity.
Visibility follows organization-level access. No MSP filtering applied.
Organization User
Can view audit records for all assets within the organization.
Can view audit records for all assets within the organization.
Data Filtering
Audit records are filtered based on Asset → Job → MSP mapping.
No MSP-based filtering.
