# Add Purchase Requisition

To add a new Purchase Requisition, click **+ Add Purchase Requisition** available at the top-right corner of the Purchase Requisition page.

In Purchase Requisition, there are three tabs available for configuration:

* **Purchase Requisition Properties**
* **Item Details**
* **Terms and Conditions**

**Purchase Requisition Properties |** Basic Details

The Purchase Requisition Properties tab is used to configure PR information, contract references, vendor details, requester information, and procurement-related configurations before adding line items and submitting the PR.

Point</strong></td><td>Enter the FOB point</td><td>Used to define the Freight On Board location or shipment transfer point.<br><br><strong>Example:</strong> Bangalore Warehouse or Chennai tax payments should be made directly to the vendor.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Pay On Receipt</strong></td><td>Enable or disable the toggle</td><td>Used to define whether payment should be processed upon receiving the requested items or services.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Inspection Required</strong></td><td>Enable or disable the toggle</td><td>Used to define whether the requested items require Click **Next** to proceed to the Item Details tab for configuring line items, procurement costs, and related item information.

**Item Details |** Basic Details

The Item Details tab is used to add and manage line items associated with the Purchase Requisition. Users can configure procurement-related item information required for the procurement process.

The Item Details section allows users to configure:

* Item Name
* Item Type
* Category and Sub-Category
* Quantity
* Unit Cost
* Tax Rate and Tax Amount
* Loaded Cost
* Conversion Factor
* Consignment Details
* Order Unit
* Model Details
* Commodity Code
* Vendor-related Item Details
* [Custom Line Item Fields](/infraon-help/infinity-user-guide/infraon-configuration/infraon-automation/custom-fields.md) based on field configuration and RBAC permissions

Users can:

* Add line items manually using the **+ Add Item** option
* Upload multiple line items using the **Upload as CSV** option
* Download a predefined CSV template using the **Download Sample CSV** option
* Configure visible line item columns based on permissions and field configurations
* View calculated values such as Subtotal, Tax, and Grand Total

After configuring the required line item details, click **Next** to proceed to the Terms and Conditions tab.

**Terms and Conditions |** Basic Details

The Terms and Conditions tab is used to configure shipping details, billing information, and procurement terms associated with the Purchase Requisition. Users can define delivery addresses and apply predefined terms and conditions required for procurement processing.

Once all required details are configured, click **Submit** to complete the Purchase Requisition.
