All Members

Members represent all users who are associated with projects through teams and roles. It defines who is involved in project execution, how responsibilities are assigned, and how task ownership is managed.

Members are the actual users who perform work within a project. They are mapped to roles and teams, which determine their responsibilities and participation across different projects.

It helps in identifying:

  • Who is working on the project

  • Who is assigned to specific roles

  • Who is responsible for tasks

A member can belong to more than one team and can have different roles across different projects. Task ownership and assignment are mapped to members, ensuring each task is assigned to a responsible user based on their role within the project.
