The focus is on improving approval workflows, automation, project tracking, data privacy, and reporting capabilities.

Cost Center Management

Cost Center Approval Process

  • Introduced approval lifecycle: Draft → Pending → Active → Closed

  • Finance Owner can approve/reject via UI or email

  • Approval triggered on creation or budget increase

  • Rejection moves the record back to Draft with remarks

  • All actions captured in audit logs

Template

Custom Template for All Request Types

  • Supports custom form configuration for all request types

  • Retains all configurations during edit (fields, order, properties)

  • Allows marking a single unique field

  • Prevents data loss with full form persistence

Software License

Auto Allocation for Software License

  • Automatically allocates licenses based on software discovery
