Overview

This upcoming release introduces enhancements across Request, Asset, Marketplace, Workflow, Purchase Order, Dashboard, Inventory Agents, Cost Center, Self Service Portal, Project Management, Incident, Reporting, Customer Satisfaction, and AIOps. The focus is on improving usability, reporting flexibility, automation, and AI-driven capabilities.

Request

Android - Request Activities, More Details, Interaction

  • Added detailed request view with activities, interactions, and additional information.

  • Supports timeline-based activity tracking with expand/collapse behavior.

  • Handles empty, error, and loading states for a better user experience.

Asset

Requester Designation & Department in Asset Columns

  • Added Requester Designation and Department fields in column selection.

  • Enables better asset visibility and user context in grid view.

Marketplace

Azure AD User Sync

  • Introduced Azure AD integration for automated user synchronization.

  • Supports manual and scheduled sync (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly).

  • Provides export reports for users with failed sync.

Workflow

Default Workflow for Purchase Requisition (PR)

  • Added default workflow for PR with predefined statuses and transitions.

  • Supports customization of approval steps and workflow configuration.

  • Ensures structured lifecycle from draft to closure.

Purchase Requisition (PR) Creation

  • Introduced full PR lifecycle management (create, view, update, delete).

  • Includes validation, audit tracking, and grid-based listing.

Agentic AI Feature Settings

Category & Subcategory Filters

  • Added filtering in the incident grid using category and subcategory.

  • Enables refined incident search and analysis.

Nested Group By in Asset Summary

Asset Summary Split View
