Overview
This release introduces enhancements across ITSM, IT Asset Management, Dashboards, Agentic AI, Procurement, AIOps, Self Service Portal, Enterprise Asset Management, Workflow, Notifications, and Mobile Applications. The updates focus on improving automation, visibility, configuration flexibility, approval management, asset quality, procurement operations, and overall user experience.

Addition of Filter in the Communication Section of ITSM Modules
Communication sections now include search capabilities to help users quickly locate relevant conversations and updates.
Search communication entries across Ticket, Request, Problem, Change, and Release modules.

Quickly narrow results using keywords from communication details.

Remove "Login to Self Service? Click here" Option from the login page
The login experience is simplified by removing the separate Self Service Portal login option from the login page.
Reduce unnecessary options during login.
Technicians can access SSP after signing in through the available portal switch.
Requester-only users continue to access the Self Service Portal as their default experience.

Request MCP Tools – Agentic Bot Chat-Based Service Request Management
Service requests can now be managed through conversational interactions with Agentic AI.

Location Hierarchy Filter for Global Dashboard Filter
Dashboards now support hierarchical location-based filtering for more focused operational insights.
Configure location hierarchy levels such as Country, State, City, Region, and Location.

Use cascading selections to progressively narrow dashboard data.
Apply selected hierarchy values across supported ticket widgets.

Addition of Total Option in the ITSM Summary Widget
ITSM Summary widgets can now display the total number of records alongside status-based counts.

Hierarchy Filter Integration in Asset Summary
