Once logged in, users are advised to review and update their account information to ensure secure access and accurate communication. ## User Profile The **User Profile menu**, accessible from the top-right corner of the portal, provides quick access to account-related actions. From this menu, users can view their account status, navigate to **Account Settings**, access available **Keyboard Shortcuts**, and securely **log out** of the Vendor Portal. The menu also includes links to the **Privacy Policy** and **Terms of Service** for reference.
User Profile **| Basic Details**

User Name & EmailDisplays the logged-in user’s name and registered email address.
StatusIndicates the current account status of the user (for example, Active).
Account SettingsOpens the Account Settings page, where users can manage profile details, change passwords, configure user preferences, add signatures, and view account information.
Keyboard ShortcutsDisplays the list of supported keyboard shortcuts. Press ? to view shortcuts quickly.
LogoutLogs the user out of the Vendor Portal and ends the current session.
Privacy PolicyRedirects to the Infraon Privacy Policy page.
Terms of ServiceRedirects to the Infraon Terms of Service page.
## Accessing Account Settings After a successful login, click the **profile icon** displayed at the top-right corner of the screen. From the profile menu, select **Account Settings** to manage your personal and account settings. ### General Information The **General** tab allows users to view and update basic profile information. From this section, users can: * View their profile avatar and initials * Update **Full Name** * Select **Gender** * Update **Phone Number**, **Landline**, and **Contact Extension** * Review **Email ID** (read-only) * Set the preferred **Timezone** #### Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Users can enable **Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)** to add an extra layer of security to their account. When enabled: * Login requires a temporary one-time passcode (TOTP) * Codes are generated using an authenticator application * 2FA helps protect the account from unauthorized access Click **Submit** to save changes.
### Change Password The **Change Password** tab allows users to update their login password. To change the password: 1. Enter the **Current Password** 2. Enter the **New Password** 3. Click **Submit** Password updates take effect immediately and apply to future logins.
### User Preferences The **User Preferences** tab allows users to customize how data is displayed in the portal. From this section, users can configure: * **Items per page** for list views * **Language Preference** Click **Submit** to save preference changes.
### Signature The **Signature** section allows users to create and manage email or system signatures used within the platform. #### Adding a New Signature 1. Click **+ New Signature** 2. Enter a **Title** 3. Add the signature content using the rich text editor 4. Click **Save** If no signature is created, the page displays a *No Signature(s) Added* message.
### Information The **Information** section displays additional details related to the user account.\ All fields in this section can be edited; however, the ability to view or modify specific fields depends on the user role's assigned privileges. Any updates made here apply only to the logged-in user and are subject to the access controls configured by the Infraon administrator.
### Logout To securely exit the Vendor Portal: 1. Click the profile icon at the top-right corner 2. Select **Logout**
