Overview

This upcoming release introduces enhancements across Meeting, API Metering, Custom Apps, Software License, IT Assets, AI Agent, Project Management, Reporting, Announcements, Dashboards, AIOps, Mobile Applications, and Enterprise Asset Management.

The updates focus on improving usability, security, automation, asset lifecycle management, mobile accessibility, workflow capabilities, reporting, and inventory operations.

Meeting

Meeting Module Enhancement

The Meeting module has been enhanced to simplify video conference scheduling, attendee management, and location selection.

  • Added support for Web-Based and Network-Based Video Conference meeting types.

  • Improved attendee selection using users, requesters, and manual email addresses.

API Metering

Data Encryption on API Response

API response handling has been enhanced to provide improved protection for sensitive information.

Custom Apps now support form creation directly within workflow designs.

Software License

Custom Fields and RBAC for Software License

Software License custom fields now support role-based access configuration for better control over license information.

  • Configure custom field visibility and edit permissions by role.

  • Control whether fields are visible, hidden, disabled, or mandatory.

IT Assets

Asset Archival Process

The Asset Archival process provides a controlled way to manage inactive assets while retaining their historical information.

  • Archive individual or multiple assets with a defined reason.

  • View archived IT Assets and Fixed Assets separately.

Asset Notification Email(s)

IT Assets now support additional notification recipients for asset-related activities.

  • Configure additional email recipients for asset notifications.

  • Send expiry notifications to configured recipients and asset owners.

Gate Pass Linking in IT Asset Page

Gate Pass information is now available directly from the IT Asset and Fixed Asset pages.

AI Text Assistant – UI Enhancement

Project Management Enhancements for Delete, Clone, and Milestone Support

Asset Deletion Report

The Asset Deletion Report provides improved visibility into assets removed from the system.

The Self-Service Portal catalogue experience has been enhanced for faster service discovery and improved usability.

Mobile App – Service-Based Priority Not Applied to Tickets

Ticket creation has been improved to ensure the priority configured for a service is correctly reflected on the ticket.

  • Apply the configured service-based priority during ticket creation.

  • Improve consistency between service configuration and ticket priority.

Android – Switching Between the Technician Portal and the Self-Service Portal (SSP)

Android users can now switch between the Technician Portal and Self-Service Portal without unnecessary reauthentication.

  • Switch between portals from the Profile and Dashboard.

  • Clearly identify the currently active portal.

iOS – First Time User Login

The iOS first-time login experience has been enhanced to simplify account activation and improve error handling.

  • Provide a dedicated first-time account setup experience.

iOS – Switching Between the Technician Portal and the Self-Service Portal (SSP)

Mobile portal switching has been enhanced to provide easier access to the Technician Portal and Self-Service Portal.

  • Switch between Technician Portal and SSP from supported mobile locations.

  • Display the currently active portal.

Access-Based Login to Portal – Single Login Button on Mobile App

The mobile login experience has been simplified with a single Sign In option that directs users to the appropriate portal based on their access.

  • Provide a single Sign In button for portal authentication.

  • Automatically determine the appropriate portal after authentication.

Enterprise Asset Management

EAM – Add/Edit Item Master

The Item Master provides a centralized way to create and maintain inventory, spare part, consumable, and service item information.

Inventory Master provides a centralized view of inventory records, balances, and stock information.
