Customer Registration
The Customer Registration module enables organizations operating in MSP (Management Service Provider) mode to create and manage customer accounts within the Infraon platform.
This module is required when a single organization manages multiple customers (tenants) and needs:
Logical segregation of customer data
Customer-wise asset mapping
Customer-specific user access
License allocation and tracking per customer
Entity-level structuring under a customer
Customer Registration ensures that assets, users, licenses, reports, dashboards, and monitoring configurations are mapped and isolated based on the selected Customer or Entity.
When MSP is disabled, this module is not available, and the organization operates in a single-tenant model.

The Entity Details tab allows you to create and associate one or more entities under a customer. An entity represents a logical or operational subdivision of a customer, such as a branch, department, region, or business unit. Each entity can maintain its own contact and location information while remaining mapped to the parent customer.
Entities help segregate assets, users, reports, and configurations within a customer scope when MSP is enabled.
Click Save to create the entity and associate it with the customer. After the entity is added, click Next to proceed to the Settings configuration.
