Introduction

The Self-Service Portal is designed for requesters/end users to submit incidents, raise service requests, view assigned assets, check approvals, and access knowledge base articles. It provides a simplified interface focused only on user-level actions without exposing backend configurations or technician workflows.

This documentation is different from the User Manual and Admin Manual.

It focuses only on requester-facing features, explaining how end users can submit requests, report issues, view their assets, access KBs, track progress, and manage approvals.

This manual will help requesters log in to the portal, navigate the homepage, submit incidents or service requests, check request status, use the knowledge base, view announcements, manage their profile, and perform other basic self-service tasks. All sections are provided in a simple, step-by-step format.
