Workspace
The Workspace module provides a unified area where users can interact with Infraon Bots, communicate with support teams, collaborate through channels, and manage tasks or schedules. It acts as a centralized collaboration hub within Infraon Infinity.
You can switch between the available sub-modules from the left panel.
What You See on the Screen
The Workspace page includes four key sub-modules:
Infraon Bots
AI-powered virtual assistants that help users perform quick actions such as raising tickets, checking updates, or accessing information.
Live Chat Support
Allows real-time chat with support agents for quick assistance and resolution.
Channels
Collaboration spaces where users can communicate with their team, share updates, raise tickets/requests, and manage work.
Calendar
A view to track tasks, due dates, and events within the organization (if enabled for the user).
Infraon Bots
Infraon Bots provide automated assistance within the application and help requesters perform basic tasks quickly.
Ask the bot to raise a ticket, show daily summaries, or access general IT help.
Bot actions are limited to the Ticket module.
Responses are based on permissions available in your Infraon license.
Example:
“Hey Infi… can you show me the summary for the day?”
“Thomas is facing an issue with his laptop. Raise a ticket and assign it to me.”
“How do I set up an email ID in Outlook?”
Live Chat Support
The Live Chat Support module enables direct communication with IT support or internal teams.
Start a support conversation instantly.
Ask for updates on your tickets or issues.
Chat interaction is displayed in a minimal, clean layout.
Channels
Channels help teams collaborate in a structured way. Each channel acts as a communication thread for a specific topic or department.
Participate in discussions.
View the list of available channels in the left panel.
Add items directly from a channel:
Add Ticket
Add Task
Add Request
Create new threads inside the channel.
Calendar
The Calendar section helps users track their tasks, schedules, deadlines, and events (if enabled by the admin).
