Change

A Change request is raised when a requester needs a modification, upgrade, update, or configuration adjustment in the IT environment. Change requests follow a structured workflow involving review, approval, and implementation by the Change Management Team.

Requesters can track the progress of their submitted changes and communicate through notes, but cannot modify or update any other information.
