Infraon Patch

The Infraon Patch Marketplace App enables patch discovery, synchronization, and deployment across inventory assets from within Infraon Infinity. Once installed and configured, the platform can automatically deploy patch agents, sync patch data, and provide centralized visibility into missing and installed patches.

Installation Steps

Step 1: Go to the Marketplace tab on the left navigation panel to begin the integration. Click on the Infraon Patch card from the available integrations to open the plugin details page.

Step 2: On the plugin page, click the Install button to add the Infraon Patch integration to your Infraon environment.

Once installed, the configuration page will become available for setup.

Step 3: On the configuration screen, provide the required connection details to complete setup.

Server URL*	Enter	Base URL used by Infraon Infinity to securely connect, authenticate, and synchronize patch data across inventory assets.
User Name*	Enter	Username with required permissions to authenticate and perform patch discovery, synchronization, and deployment actions.
Password*	Enter	Password associated with the configured user account, used for secure authentication during patch operations.

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

After entering the details, click Verify to validate the configuration.

Step 4: Once the configuration details are verified and submitted, you are automatically navigated to the Configuration page of the Infraon Patch Marketplace App.

This page allows users to synchronize patch data, manage configuration settings, and schedule automated patch scans.

Sync Data	View section	Displays the patch data synchronization section, which allows you to trigger patch scans and view sync details manually. Initiates an immediate patch scan for all assets that have the Infraon Patch Agent installed. This scan discovers installed and missing patches and updates the platform. The sync duration depends on network conditions and the number of assets.
Total Data Synced	View only	Displays the total volume or count of patch data successfully synchronized during the last sync operation.
Last Synced Time	View only	Shows the timestamp of the most recent successful patch data synchronization.
Infraon Patch Configuration	Click to configure	Opens the configuration settings page, allowing users to modify Infraon Patch connection and integration settings.
Schedule Sync	View section	Displays the automated sync configuration used to run patch scans on a defined schedule.
Schedule	Click to schedule	Allows users to configure recurring patch data synchronization based on a defined schedule, reducing the need for manual syncs.
Next Sync Time	View only	Displays the scheduled execution time for the upcoming patch sync.

• Once the configuration is complete, the platform automatically sends a bulk install command to all eligible inventory assets to install the Infraon Patch Agent.

• Ensure the Infraon Patch Agent is running on assets before initiating a manual or scheduled sync.

• Patch data synchronization and all sync actions are performed in bulk and may take some time to reflect across all assets, depending on network conditions and asset count.

The integration is now complete.
